My story
Nice to meet you
I'm Laura, a sports lover and firm believer in movement over perfection. For more than seven years, I worked in corporate and spent most of my days behind a desk or in a car. I loved my career, but with a Master's Degree in Movement Sciences, it never felt quite right.
I really noticed the impact after returning from maternity leave. I moved less and felt it: more physical fatigue and less mental energy. It made me wonder... do we really need to completely change our lives to feel healthier? I'm convinced we don't.
In March 2026, my family and I moved from Belgium to Ohio, US. Leaving my corporate career behind gave me the opportunity to step back and think about my future. The answer is clear: I want to help people move more. Small, consistent changes can make a big difference. You don't need to be an athlete. You don't need to be in the gym every day. And you don't need to be perfect. You just need to be 1% better than you were yesterday. A 10-minute walk. Taking the stairs. Finding an activity you actually enjoy. Building habits that fit your life rather than taking over your life. Over time, those small choices add up.
